Rosie Dolan Baker, Senior Executive Consultant and Coach for The Pacific Institute and Owner, Aspire Consulting by Design, has more than two and a half decades of progressively responsible experience in leading organizations, as well as organization development, coaching, succession planning and executive and leadership development.
She directed an Organization Effectiveness division in a large organization undergoing massive transformation, commanded an award-winning U.S. Army Military Intelligence unit from which she retired, and co-led a turn-around effort for a nonproductive Board of Directors. Rosie is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. She believes in leaving people, places and things better than she found them and works from a perspective of organization, leadership, individual and life alignment. In the last 16 years with The Pacific Institute, she has held various roles as Co-Owner, Vice President Consulting, Senior Partner, and international Senior Executive Consultant; she partners with corporate, healthcare, education, manufacturing, government and non-profit organizations to ignite and leverage their potential.
She co-chaired and served on several global consulting committees. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Master’s degree in Business Administration, and Masters Certificate in Organizational Change, all with honors. Rosie is married to LTC (R) Richard Allen Baker and they split time between the Southwest and the Midwest.
